new ranks (counts for roman and greek)

ok so i think the server has got griefed alot so im thinking we make new ranks to help stop that ok here they are

1# demigod (roman/greek)
perks: can build,talk and walk

2# newcomer
perks:talk,cant build but can walk

3# homo malum (means bad preson in latin)
perks:cant walk, talk or build

note:#3 is put in jail can he can't move to stop killing himself
2# the new one on the server has to wait 2 days befor being claimed
1#is when your claimed
